Hydrochloric acid nitric acid mixture: Mix hydrochloric acid and nitric acid in proportion to form an acid wash. This mixture has a good effect on removing rust and oxides on the surface of steel.
Hydrochloric acid phosphoric acid mixture: Mix hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid in proportion to form an acid wash. This mixture is often used for pickling stainless steel surfaces, which can effectively remove surface oxides and welding slag.
It should be noted that when using hydrochloric acid pickling corrosion inhibitors, the following points should be noted:
Use personal protective equipment, such as chemical protective gloves, goggles, etc., to avoid direct contact between hydrochloric acid and skin and eyes.
The operating environment should be well ventilated to avoid the inhalation of hydrochloric acid vapor.
After pickling, the workpiece should be cleaned in a timely manner and the residual acid should be neutralized with neutral chemicals to avoid environmental pollution.
The pickling waste liquid should be treated in accordance with relevant regulations and cannot be directly discharged into the environment.
