The main components of HDTMPA (Hexamethylene Diamine Tetra(methylene Phosphonic Acid)) are as follows:


1.Hexamethylene Diamine: This is the primary organic component of HDTMPA. It is a diamine compound with a chemical formula of C6H16N2. Hexamethylene diamine provides the amine functionality in HDTMPA, which contributes to its chelating and corrosion inhibiting properties.
